How to Get Level 99 Woodcutting in Runescape

OK, well you have found my guide on how to get level 99 woodcutting. This happens to be my first guide but I hope you get help by reading this and please comment this and tell me how you guys liked it and any advice you guys want to give me.

Well here it is :Preparing
Well its time to begin your journey towards getting your 99 in woodcutting. What you’ll need is about 9k to start; the reason for this is that you will need to buy some hatchet to being this long journey. With that 9k you should buy a Bronze Hatchet, Steel Hatchet, Mithril Hatchet, Adamant Hatchet and a Rune Hatchet. Now the only other thing is time and lots of it.1-15:

Well, for the first 14 or so levels you have no choice but to chop regular trees, a good place to chop them is ether Varrock or Draynor. At Varrock you can chop trees in two different places, one to the West of the west bank, just above the champions guide. The other, is on the west side just beyond the east wall. Both places have lots of trees and are close to the banks. At Draynor there are again two places to chop trees, one area is all around Draynor Manor, there are lots and lots and lots of dead trees all around. But there are some trees that will attack you, so be careful. The second place is between Lumbride and Draynor, this will most likely be the best place to train your Woodcutting level to 15. It will take 97 trees or dead trees to reach level 15.15-60:

Well, now here is where it takes awhile, this is by far the best way to get your level up fast and make some money at the same time. Now its time to use your Steel hatchet; this hatchet will be your friend for the next couple hours, or days depending if you power through this. The best place to do this is at Varrock, a little west of the western bank. Just keep chopping and banking. You’ll need approximately 7,236 oak logs. And if you bank and sell those today that would get you about 528,228gp in today’s grand exchange market.60-99:

Well, you finally made it, level 60. This is a hard level to be at, the reason for this is that yews are hard to get because yews are hard to chop when you first reach this level. To get from level 60 to level 99 you will need a whopping 72,919 yew logs. Now there are few places that you can chop these and have a good system. It is now time to switch to your Rune Hatchet. The best place is in Varrockā€¦there just happens to be 2 spots in Varrock that can give you a good system. The first is above the eastern bank, there is only one but if you have time to kill just chop the tree that’s there, sometimes people are there, and sometimes there not, and the other place is outside of Varrock but still close to the eastern bank. There are three trees out there so the best way to do it is run from each one to the next till your full and bank. At the end, if you chop all 72,919 yews you will come out with 39.5M today.

OR

If you don’t want to take the time to follow the 15-60 steps, then here is an alternate way of doing levels 15-60:15-30:

Now its time to use your Steel hatchet; this hatchet will be your friend for the next couple hours, or days depending if you power through this. The best place to do this is at Varrock, a little west of the western bank. Just keep chopping and banking. You will need about 293 oak logs to get to level 30 and you’ll make 21,389gp30-60:

Now its time to head down to Draynor and start chopping down some willows; you will need about 3,858 willow logs to reach level 60. I do not suggest doing this because you willows WILL NOT sell. You will gain no money chopping willows; but if they do manage to sell you will make 54,012gp.

If you have level 30 Dungeoneering then you can access a resource dungeon near Daemonheim
